EDWARD EICHEL

ARTIST/WRITER


Edward Eichel, Artist-Therapist, studied under Oskar Kokoschka at the artist's famous summer academy in Salzburg, practiced his art in Paris, and was a press artist at the Eichmann trial in Jerusalem. He was a recipient of a Louis Comfort Tiffany Foundation grant for painting. He exhibits with, and is on the Executive Board of, The Federation of Modern Painters and Sculptors.

Eichel received his Master's degree in the Human Sexuality, Marriage and Family Life Program at New York University in 1984. His ground-breaking research on sexual harmony has been published in The Perfect Fit: How to Achieve Mutual Fulfillment and Monogamous Passion through The New Intercourse. His research on the Coital Alignment Technique (CAT) has been successfully replicated in studies published in journals and featured in the media, including Bottom Line Personal, Cosmopolitan, Donahue, GQ, Journal of Sex & Marital Therapy, L'Espresso, Medical Tribune (Germany), Men's Confidential, Men's Fitness, Men's Health, Redbook, Village Voice, and the New York Times.
